Refunds

Refunds are at the discretion of Dr Rowena Hallows Hypnotherapy.

If a CD is faulty, Dr Rowena Hallows Hypnotherapy reserves the right to replace the CD once the original CD has been returned. Returns must be received within seven days of receipt.

Dr Rowena Hallows Hypnotherapy will not refund the postage paid, but will provide the replacement CD at no additional cost.

Delivery

Dr Rowena Hallows uses Express Post via Australia Post to distribute to addresses within Australia. Please allow six working days for delivery.

Delivery to you is subject to Australia Post delivery schedules and delays by Australia Post are outside of our control. In the event a parcel does not arrive, Dr Rowena Hallows Hypnotherapy can supply the barcode number of the parcel to allow tracking of the parcel. Please all the scheduled time for delivery plus two working days before contacting us.
